PulseID is designed as the identity control plane for authorized access to KOLIVO™ systems and approved connected applications.

• Least-privilege and role-appropriate access.
• Strong authentication and additional verification where risk requires it.
• Protection of authentication and session information.
• Security logging and monitoring for identity events.
• Controlled account recovery and lifecycle management.
• Restricted disclosure of internal identity architecture and security controls.

Reporting a concern

If you believe a PulseID account or authentication flow may be compromised, contact KOLIVO™ support immediately. Do not include passwords, recovery secrets or authentication codes in your report.
