PulseID Terms of Use

KOLIVO™ PulseID is an identity and access management service operated by KOLIVO Technologies Inc. These terms govern use of the PulseID interface and authentication services by authorized users.
Authorized use only
PulseID is not a public registration service. You may use PulseID only if KOLIVO Technologies Inc. or an authorized organization has provisioned or authorized your access.
Account security
You must protect authentication factors, devices, recovery methods and credentials associated with your account and must not permit another person to use them. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
Security controls
KOLIVO Technologies Inc. may require identity verification, multifactor authentication, passwordless authentication, device checks or other security measures before allowing access.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or interfere with the service, impersonate another person, automate unauthorized authentication attempts, or use PulseID for unlawful purposes.
Suspension
Access may be restricted, suspended or revoked when required for security, compliance, employment or contractual reasons, or when authorization to use a connected service ends.
Privacy
Personal information processed through PulseID is handled in accordance with the PulseID Privacy Notice and any additional notices presented during a specific verification flow.
