PulseID Privacy Notice

This notice explains how KOLIVO Technologies Inc. processes personal information when operating KOLIVO™ PulseID, its identity and access management service.

Information we process

Depending on your account and the service being accessed, PulseID may process identifiers, contact information, authentication data, device and session information, account-recovery information, security events, and information supplied for identity verification.

Purposes

We process this information to authenticate authorized users, manage access, protect accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, recover accounts, investigate security events, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain the integrity of KOLIVO™ systems.

Service providers

We may use specialized service providers to operate identity, communications, security and verification functions. They receive only the information required to provide the applicable service and are subject to contractual and security requirements.

Mobile verification

Where a PulseID flow uses mobile-number or identity verification, additional disclosures and consent information are available in our Mobile Number & Identity Verification Notice.

Retention and safeguards

Information is retained for periods appropriate to the applicable business, security, legal and compliance purpose. KOLIVO Technologies Inc. applies administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect identity information.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to or correction of personal information and to raise privacy questions or complaints. Requests may be submitted through KOLIVO™ support.
